   Commercial minimum - 22 feet )
   with a minimum 5 foot radius at the roadway
2. Proposed location of the driveway ( Residential - within 3 feet of the property line,
   minimum 120 feet sight distance in both directions )
3. Materials to be used in the construction of the driveway
4. The course, grade, contruction and drainage facilities ( 15% max grade )
5. In case of a temporary driveway, the plan for restoration of the driveway area upon
   cessation of its use

This application must be accompanied with a fee of $50.00 payable to Harford Township.

No construction of a driveway is permitted until a driveway permit has been issued by the
Board of Supervisors as provided by the Harford Township Driveway Ordinance.
