     Harford Township is now accepting resumes for persons interested in being appointed as a member of the Board of Supervisors to fill a vacancy. The person appointed will serve as a member of the Board of Supervisors for the rest of 2017. The remaining two years of the term (2018-2019) will be on the ballot in the 2017 Municipal election.

     A letter of interest and resume must be received by January 25, 2017 to be considered and can be mailed to

          or faxed to 570-434-2139.

     An applicant in order to be qualified must be an elector of the Township and has resided in the Township continuously for at least one year prior to the appointment and must be at least 18 years of age.
     The Board will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at 7 PM in the Township Office, 4514 State Route 547, Harford, PA 18823. The purpose of this special meeting is to appoint a candidate for supervisor and also for general business.
